I ordered these after we had rain storm after rain storm this summer and we went through towel after towel drying off our soggy pups after they came in from going outside (even when wearing raincoats). These shammies are so much more absorbent than typical towels which cuts down significantly on the laundry load. The shammies are also really great for drying wet hair - loads better than regular towels or even those special microfiber hair towels. You can also use as a drying towel after bathing. I like that these are square shaped rather than the odd squiggly-oval shape of the shammies I've seen my husband use that he's bought from the auto supply store. Makes it easier to store these shammies when not in use. I also like that each of the shammies you get in this pack are in their own bag. That bag can be used for storage later on when the shammy is wet. I've never used shammies around the house until these, and I'm kind of kicking myself for not thinking of them sooner. And because they absorb SO much liquid, they're also excellent for cleaning up big spills (or heaven forbid, pet messes). Not only do the shammies launder well (don't forget - never use any kind of fabric softener on them or else it reduces absorbency) and can be used over and over for years before needing to be replaced. They really are a good investment for whatever use you have planned for them.

Having used many different types of drying towels, I was surprised how well these finished drying a washed car. In the past the best I used was an animal skin chamois....but these are just as good if not better. They come individually sealed in a plastic bag, and the 5 chamois are sealed in another plastic bag. Each chamois is a different color, which I like, and they came in very supple. After washing the car and using a couple of these chamois to dry off the water before it could spot, I was pleasantly surprised how completely they absorbed the water. Nothing makes the car look better.

I don't know about the chamois towels before but after I try these, I am happy with the performance of these cloths. I used this cloth to dry my car and it was very quick and clean. These are easy to carry and store. These are smooth, colorful and quick water absorbent. This pack have 5 towels which are wrapped individually in a cover. These are easy to dry and reuse. Overall, these are useful and worth for money.

Loved this absorbent shammy although I believe the size is too small. but definitively very absorbent. and since. Worth the money value.

Three days ago, I found out these deliberately ship damp in order to keep them pliable. I had no clue! Especially since all of the writing on all of the packaging was washed away.These cloths are pleasantly squishy, beautifully colored, and a great size. They will work well as a pad in the sink when I am washing the cut crystal, or as a cloth when drying everything from the dog to the car after a wash. I am kind of surprised by how much I like them.Bottom line: if you are in the market for a SUPER high absorbency cloth, this is it. Stop what you are doing, and buy these already. You won’t be sorry.
