Works as advertised but not suitable under US building codes
It works fine and looks good. Love the 10x magnification ability. Unfortunately it is not made to attach to an electrical box as required by building codes, which creates two problems: first the installer is expected to just “push” the electrical connections back behind the wall (fire hazard), and second the tiny drywall anchors certainly won’t stand the test of time with the weight of the mirror hanging over a foot away from the attachment point.

looks great; works as it should but the light could be brighter
we needed a hard wired mirror and this one is a good value; sturdy installation and looks great. But the light could be brighter. We had a rechargeable one that was super bright and I am surprised that this one that has full power all the time is not nearly as bright. But it serves it purpose.

Best addition to our remodel
My wife's number one ask for the remodel was to put a wall mounted lighted magnifying mirror somewhere. She was using one of the countertop models unlit. This proved to be the ticket, works perfectly and best of all it is her favorite part. She uses it daily and loves the location. I just ran another outlet when I was wiring for the mirrors you see in the pictures. Very simple install 3 wires.

Poor lighting
I purchased wired lighting so I wouldn’t have to replace batteries. Lighting is poor and regret the purchase.
