These tie downs are a great, high quality product at a great price. They fit perfectly; they look, feel and act just like the factory Ford tie downs; are well built; are sturdy and I can't tell the difference between these, and the ones from a 2016 F150 (the one on the right in the 2nd photo is the Ford factory tie down from a 2016 F150). I was a bit skeptical because they were less than $40 for 4 of them, but they exceeded my expectations. They are simple to install and work great. I highly recommend these.

Please forgive me while I sound like a proud daddy .... I bought a 2024 F150 Lariat in Star White Tricoat (kinda like a pearl, metallic white) with the 3.5L hybrid turbo engine, the 7.2kw generator and the Off Road package, this past Veterans Day. Beautiful truck. I had a Line-X spray-in bed liner installed Friday. I did know what the 4 areas with the bolt holes were for. Ahh, they are for cleats, I found out. But I did not need cleats as there are 4 tie down points in the bed. However, the bed looked unfinished, so I ordered these 4 cleats. Installed them in about 20 minutes using a battery drill (using a drill makes it so much easier). I can see where they will come in real handy in tying down bales of pine straw or an appliance or any large box so they will be functional as well as looking good. I like it when a product does what it says it will do. They fit perfectly, came with extra bolts, the torx bit and plenty of spare keys. Call me dumb, but I don't know what the locks are for. It appears that the anchor is removable, and thus lockable, but I could not remove it, which is OK. Unlocked it moves a little but locked it doesn't, so they are locked. These added the finishing touch to Charlotte, uh, I mean my new 2024 F150 Lariat.

Fitted my 2025 F25O perfectly. Reasonable price and good quality. Not sure why a King Ranch didn’t have them as standard.

First off, I got these for a 2025 F-150 Lightning Lariat to replace the factory tiedowns that Ford cheaper out on. I wanted something that standard accessories could be used in. They are beefy, id say the similar in thickness and build to the Ford units. Install was dead easy, remove 4 screws, reinstall 4 screws. They even came with screws, which you don’t need if you are upgrading. It came with 2 keys for ever attachment, and the keys are all the same. So makes me wonder if the keys are the same for every single one. So don’t rely on them for theft prevention. I can’t comment on the actual strength or durability as I just installed the a week ago and haven’t had a chance to use them. But they feel sturdy and have proper heft.

Installed on a 2025 F150 KR. Installation went smoothly with a power drill and aT30 bit supplied with the screws. I used the screws that were holding OEM brackets instead of those supplied with the new brackets. Tie downs come attached to the brackets and can be installed that way. Appear well made - coated steel. My only concern is the tie downs have a little play in them - I would prefer a very tight, snug fit. Prior to installation, you might want to take one of the tie downs out and replace it so you are familiar with how they are locked in. It’s a shame Ford doesn’t provide these tie downs with the truck purchase (like they did in 2016}. All in all, very happy with quality and ease of installation.

Used provided torx bit with a universal screw driver attachment and anti seize designed for aluminum. Had anti seize from a previous car repair - thermostat and water pump replacement. Antiseize will help starting thread and while threading the entire fastener. Recommend (1) threading/tapping fastener without plate, (2) starting as best you can being 90° from surface with antiseize on about half the thread length with hand tool, (3) backing out fastener then continue tightening when you hit a hard spot, (4) install fastener to about 1/8" from truck body and (5) reinstalling each fastener to location where it tapped the thread. Had 2 of 16 fasteners start a bit off center which required restarting and lot of perpendicular force to ensure fasteners restarted correctly. After removing fasteners, cleaned area of extra antiseize and in one case some metal. Prior to fastener installation I glued, utilized white gorilla glue, 1/16" rubber sheet to back of plates to protect metals surfaces. Installed plates with tie downs installed. Would be careful using power tools as you could start tapping process off center and the drill might slip hitting your truck. It was raining during my install, had an instance where screw driver slipped and I hit the the truck body. Very very slight mark, asked my friends if the could see the mark. Had to point it out to them, not a scracth but a mark on the surface. Might want to use painters tape or rubber underneath work area to prevent risk of scratches. Would repurchase. Our the price a good product, would repurchase. Kept 2 extra fasteners and torx bit.

Fits great, works as advertised! 2018 f150 short bed

Super easy install on my Ford F-150 and they look great. They feel strong and sturdy. We’ll see how they hold up under use and time. No idea why they supply eight copies of the exact same removal key.
