My wife got this for mensural cramps, but I stole it when I had lower back issues. This is much better than the disposable icy-hot/capsaicin pads as it doesn't stick to you or get your hands covered in a substance. This pad heats up quickly, and stays hot for about 30 min. It then auto-shuts off. My wife also liked the vibration. Simple to charge with any usb cable/plug. The 2 cons are the buttons and the strap. The buttons are hard to figure out. You have to double tap them to turn it on, and hold it to turn it off. They are touch buttons, not actual moving switches. The other con is the strap. If you are on the larger side, it is hard to keep the pad in place, and not fold over. Over all it is a great purchase.

I use it on my feet to combat water retention and pain. It does work well. I do wish that it was a little more flexible. Also, I have a tough time turning on and regulating the the vibration button. And yet, the slightest bump and it turns off. I would buy this heating pad/massager again because as I said it does do what it is advertised to do.

I bought this for my wife, oh my gosh it was a life saver. I constantly see her using it when her stomach hurts, or cramps prevail. I have even used it on my thigh when i pulled a muscle and was cramping. I gave it 4 stars because I wish the battery lasted longer and figuring out how to turn it on and adjust the setting took a sec but once i figured it out its easy. There are no buttons to push just random places to touch. It has held up great so far. I would definitely buy this again just for the fact happy wife happy life
