Beautiful light, easy to dim with a commodity PWM dimmer, runs great on any good 24v power source, adhesive is sticky and I've had no problems with it whatsoever. Has been turned on to 50% brightness since I got them and appear to be as bright as the day I bought them.

We have purchased many of this style of lights in the past and have always struggled with the quality. These lights are perfect. It has strong adhesive that provides a strong hold. We put these lights in our enclosed trailer and have done many many miles of travel and they are still hanging on well. They were so easy to install. My husband was even able to hook them to other strings to provide added connectivity. They look amazing offering bright lights that help when in a dark trailer.

These lights are high density looks nice and easy to work with.

I am extremely impressed with its performance. The brightness is exceptional and the color temperature is just perfect for creating a warm and inviting ambiance in any space. They are incredibly bright and provide an even distribution of light, which really enhances the overall look and feel of the room.The strip itself is also very well-made, with a sturdy and durabledesign that feels like it will last a long time. Installation was a breeze and theclear instructions included in thepackage made it easy to set up. I also appreciate the flexibility that this strip light provides, allowing me to customize the length of the strip to fit my specific needs. Overall, I am satisfied with this strip light. Very bright and very hot! I failed to read the very clear warning on the reel and powered them on before unwinding them from the reel -- and the plastic reel melted ;-) I think they draw about 50 watts. The dimmer works great, and you won't be disappointed with the brightness. MUCH brighter than regular LED strings.

Review of the HitLights COB LED Strip Lights Cool White 5000K, 5m (16.4 ft). This package does not include AC/DC adapter nor dimmer. I already had those but keep that in mind when purchasing. I was looking for the brightest strips you could find, and so purchase 4 different brands. You can look at my profile for the other reviews. The strips are bright, but not the brightest in what I was going for. I did measure a few things. - 5m strip uses 1.35 amps (see pic). A 2-amp power supply is what is needed (I think 2.5a (60 watt) is a common size to be found on Amazon) - Color temp came out a bit cooler (than other strips) around 5400 kelvin. slightly higher than 5000k advertised. Used an App on the phone and reflected against white paper to measure. - about 540 lux (approx 50 lumens) for 1 linear foot tested. NOTE this was not very scientific (I don't have all the special equipment to do it properly). This benefit was for me comparing other strips to this one. - IP 30 rated. Don't use this in damp areas by themselves. - There are 2560 LEDs in the strip. There appears to be approx 30 led's per cut mark. (Cut mark is 2.5 inches apart) - >90 CRI - Will make items light up better (Google it). As for Pro's/Cons: Pros * Strip is 10mm wide (see pic). What this means to me is a bit more copper/circuit board for heat dissipation. That said, I would always use aluminum channel to ensure that they don't prematurely wear out. Also keep in mind the wider strip will need to have a wider aluminum channel. * Both ends of the strip come with the standard 2.1mm barrel connector (most strips only come with the leading side and bare (or no) wire on the other end. * Comes with two mounting clips (Also a con since 2 won't do much). Cons * Expensive. $50 (at time of writing) was higher than most other strips I purchased to compare against. * Comes with two mounting clips. Not enough to do much * Did NOT come with wipes to clean down prior to using mounting clips (the write up states that it was supposed-to). Now, I was testing, and ultimately would use aluminum channel along with the adhesive on the strip itself, but just pointing that out. For the price, not the brightest strip on the market. Overall, I am not disappointed with the product. It worked fine in my testing (obviously no long term testing) so I cannot attest to over time. The wider strip in theory should dissipate heat better but using aluminum channel doesn't matter. It is not the brightest I found on Amazon, so the biggest "ding" was the price based upon that.

I got these LED light strips, power supplies and other accessories to install under cabinet lighting in my newly renovated kitchen. I really could not be more pleased with the way the installation turned out. I did wind up buying additional sets in full color, along with controllers, wireless rf remotes, and 4Amp power supplies. Great product which I recommend 100%.
