This little sander is great. I use it for polishing small rocks I collect. The sanding pads hold tight, and last a long time.

I purchased this after using a heavy hand polisher. I was hoping to be able to use both hands holding my resin projects, but found this vibrates terribly at high speed, and requires me having to hold the machine down with one hand and my resin project in the other hand. You can permanently fasten it down to a work bench, but I wanted the portability. Also, with only slight pressure on the wheel when polishing, even at high speed, the polishing wheel will slow way down. In all fairness, it did polish my pieces, but really not any easier for me than the heavy hand polisher I already had been using.

I love this sander!! I make resin jewelry, and small resin crafts. I first started with a hand held sander. Which was heavy, and was easy to make mistakes on my resin pieces. So I did some more research, and found this sander. I took a chance and ordered it. I am so happy. I can sit outside on the porch while my kiddos play and sand all my pieces. Once you get the hang of it, it is amazing. It does make a mess, but it works great and my hand doesn't get tired anymore. I wish it was a little more sturdy. I have to hold it with one hand or it begins to move. Hands down the easiest, best sander for resin crafts.

I bought this to assist with sanding some resin crafts that I've made in my free time. I wanted something small but powerful that could do larger spaces where a dremel would not be ideal or efficient. After using this on several projects I can say that it more than exceeds my expectations. Given the price and the amount of reviews I took a shot on it and from the first sanding until the latest it has powered through every project that I've thrown at it.
