My mom is s stroke victim and i’ve just started her on this. She takes 1 per day with breakfast. I noticed that she has regular bowel movements now. She used to go on several days, even up to a week without having one. Now she has BM at least every other day. This is one major change i see in her since she started taking this vitamins supplements.
