I keep this in the freezer so I can use it when I want to rub it on my sore shoulders or calf muscles. It's amazing how well I think this works. The first time I used it I was pleasantly surprised how much less annoying my shoulder pain became. It isn't a cure, of course. I still wake up with sore shoulders, but it feels great while I'm using it. The only advice I can offer is to hold the handle in your hands for a second or so. The handle gets just as cold as the roller, but it warms up fairly quickly after you've been holding it a while. Maybe wrap the handle in a paper towel if it is too cold.

Let me start by saying, I have been really skeptical about ice rollers in general. I thought the benefits were a load of barnacles. BUT, my mindset has completely changed after using this product.The massaging gel roller portion can be detached from the handle. Just pop it in the fridge for 20 minutes or a quick few minutes in the freezer and it’s ready to go!I actually noticed feeling less stressed after using this and it felt amazing to use under the eyes.

I purchased this to help tighten but also cool down my face. I've put it in the ice chest during softball tournaments and rolled on my face to cool down especially because I get real hot and red. Plan on getting another for my daughter
