SPRINKLY - Glimmer Stars - Gold - 25g

Even though its clearly on the description and says its ideal for 6-12 cupcakes, it's apparent I don't read things properly and I thought the bag was bigger 🤦🏼‍♀️ 25g isn't much at all. But they are fab quality and the colours are lovely.

It is always difficult to imagine what 25g of edible starts actually looks like in terms of volume. In fact, it keeps me up at night. I purchased these as rainbow cupcake decorations and was a little suprised at the small size of the pack when they arrived. I had around 40 cupcakes to decorate and wanted an ample sprinkling of stars on each, and was worried that I wouldnt have enough. Regardless, I poured them into a bowl and begun sprinkling away! I managed to cover all 40 cupcakes with around 7-8 stars each, certainly enough to do the job. The stars themselves have a slight pearlescent shine to them, and the individual colours are nice and bold. Overall, a quality product and to be honest, when I purchase larger quantities of sprinkles like this I am often left with a quarter of a packet that sits around till it gets thrown out 4 years later, so it was nice to buy a pack and use it all in one sitting.

I bought these edible stars for a girls' cocktail night, and they were great! The gold stars looked pretty floating on top of our cocktails and everyone loved them. They had a minimal sugary taste which was expected, great value for money.

These stars are great, but are very tiny, I’d say 1.5mm but I still managed to use them. Very effective.

Hugely disappointed, the colour is completely flat, not a hint of shimmer/sparkle unlike the ones I have bought from Sainsburys before! Avoid unless you want stars that look like crackers!!

Lovely for decorating cakes but very small.
