Missing Items
The item was shipped with a bathtub pillow instead of a seat bottom pillow. The small detachable lower lumbar addition is too soft and won't stay in place. The use of an elastic band instead of adjustable straps to attach the large seat back cushion may not be suitable for larger chairs.
