Unfortunately I brought it while on vacation and it arrived at the air bnb. A couple of days later we moved to a hotel. The only return options were not accessible to us on vacation and we had no other luggage so I have no choice but to keep it. And Amazon makes it super hard to connect with customer service now. So I give amazons customer services zero stars.
