Now 6 months since installed and can only say how we are delighted with the Fire. Purchased to add focal point into a large appartment makeover, admired by all visitors. Very clean modern design is great. Remote and various different lighting features exactly as advertised. Quality very good, and packaging excellent. Fire comes in 3 modules very easy to locate into each other. I'm a strong DIYer so installation was pretty straightforward , BUT deciding location where we wanted the finished fire was a bit tedious resting on books etc to get the look right. Important as only then can you mark up the holes for drilling the fixing brackets. I have not knocked the rating back a star for this as the fire is excellent value for money, no regrets. As an engineer I can make one essential recommendation to the manufacturers that would cost them nothing and save 1 hour on installation and make it a very simple DIY job. Please provide a full size paper wall template of the "assembled fire", with drill points marked for the fire brackets. Job done, love it. David Wife adds, didn't like the look of the fake logs, so she Amazon purchased a 2lbs bag of matching white polished pebbles to boost the bed for more visual depth. She was right of course to give the fire a fully modern loft appartment look.

We absolutely love this. It was very easy to put together and fix to the wall. Looks great and we couldn't be more pleased at the quality and beauty.

Doing up sitting room and decided on this fire to buy after seeing and reading reviews. Came yesterday all packed well. Before I go painting the wall we thought we’d check all is ok and drill necessary holes in new plaster. Firstly it comes with two books, a larger one and one in the bag with all fittings. Discount the larger instruction book and go with the other one from the start. Instructions are not the worst but re read them and make sure for those who are not used to making up stuff. We roughly placed the stones and logs just for now, we are more that happy with it and looks great. The heater you can temp set and looks to be a really good one, although haven’t tried it yet.

Love this fire. Even without the heater on it makes the room feel warm and cozy. Would have been five stars but the lower LED lights don’t work from the remote, but can be turned on from the fire control panel.

I like practically everything about it, it comes in two big boxes 1 with the fire glow and the heat blower and the other with the two cabinets (top and bottom) also is the log effect pieces approx 12 logs plus two sizes of white stones and a box of clear plastic stones that help create that real look fire effect, there’s a choice of different coloured flame effects to choose from and in the bottom part of the cabinet are a row of led lights that you choose your colour, The only issue is that the instructions to assemble it is very vague and you need to make up your own mind how and what goes where, because the instructions are very very basic to the extent that I’m not sure why the manufacturer has bothered to put them in at all, and in the instructions it tells you to scan the QR CODE on the box well on my two boxes the only QR CODES on them were the codes from DPD COURIER but there’s one video that doesn’t show you how to hang the fire, it just shows you the components and then the completed fire working on the wall, but no information in between, but it’s definitely worth it

I have had this fire for around 2 months. I waited to review it properly. I looked at loads of these fires from all sorts of places before I settled on this one. I had a budget which ruled out lots of other fires. A friend helped me to install it and was pretty straight forward. It looks great and as good as some which were much more expensive. The heat output is good, not too noisy and heats up quickly. Unfortunately I don't have a smart meter so I cannot comment on cost. I only use the most natural colour, the down light underneath is a lovely feature. I didn't like the logs but as I wanted it for a contemporary room I went for the large pebbles and clear chunky things!!. My dog did try to grab them off a couple of times as they just sit on the shelf but ok now. Could be a problem with small children. I contacted the seller just to check the guarantee. They were really helpful and prompt in their reply. Overall I would very much recommend this fire. It has given me the focal point in the room that I wanted in a decorative and functional way.

Een leuke sfeerhaard. Mooi vlammen spel. De houtblokjes zijn erg nep, die ga ik nog vervangen. Dat is ieder zijn eigen smaak 😉 Gemakkelijk om te installeren. 💪🏼 Helaas werkt de afstandsbediening niet voor de onderste verlichting. En ook een minpunt het geluid als de heater aan is. Ondanks de mooie haard vind ik de prijs kwaliteit verhouding te hoog.

La cheminée est exactement comme sur la description, je cherchais quelque chose de réaliste et silencieux. Ne fait aucun bruit lorsqu'on utilise les flammes sans le mode chauffage. Fait un léger bruit de soufflerie avec chauffage, très supportable. Les flammes sont d'un réalisme,j'adore. J'ai eu un souci de qualité au niveau du panneaux blanc bas mais très vite réglé par le vendeur qui m'en a envoyé un autre en 2 jours seulement!!!! Donc produit et vendeur de qualité, vous pouvez acheter les yeux fermés. Merci au vendeur pour le sav.
