As a 47 year old "girl" who takes a great deal of pride in my appearance, my difficult to manage hair is the bane of my life and I needed something to give it a boost. I've been taking these since 17th December 2017 fairly religiously (have forgotten a couple of times) and I do think it has made a difference to my hair. It appears slightly thicker and I'd like to think it's making it grow a tad faster - my hair grows sooooo slowly, drives me mad. I did not expect these supplements to make any difference to anything else BUT my skin is so much better, ie less blemishes and better overall skin texture. My Mediterranean skin has always been a bit dodgy with the odd spot here and there but since taking these supplements I have been pleasantly surprised at the difference. I have been drinking a lot more water though so that may have something to do with it. I will definitely continue to take these.
