Is it 5+ or 30+ - this seems really contradictory.** A: It's actually closer to 2+umf. The 30 refers the mgo, and anything under 83mgo is less than 5umf. **Q: Whats the anti bacterial strength? 10? 25? ..?** A: No anti-bacterial strength! It's a big scam this. Google it. Proper Manuka honey has to say UMF on it to be proper lab-tested for its medicinal benefits. Nelsons and other companies getting into trouble for selling misleading products like this.
