Well made and good quality, no assembly required. The different angles are really good also the front arms that hold the pages are flexible and strong the rubber tip of the arms stops your pages/paper from tearing, overall this is a nice looking recipe book stand that easily supports heavy hard backed books and folds away easily for storage, well packaged and delivered on time very happy with this purchase...thank you

This recipe book stand is brilliant. I had to return another one I'd ordered because it wouldn't stand up, it wasn't adjustable and the page holders were useless. It was a shane because it was a beautiful cast iron one and when I ordered this, I did so reluctantly because it doesn't have that rustic quality. However, I needn't have worried. It looks far nicer in the kitchen than the pictures give it credit for, it's fully adjustable and is secure and the page holders are firm and secure. You can put any size book on it, hardback or paperback and the page holders actually do their job and can be moved around. The end of each one has a fixed silicone cover so you can't rip your pages either. You could put a phone or tablet on it too, although I bought this because I got fed up of using my phone because the screen kept turning off. The longest I can set my phone screen on for without switching off is 10 mins (Samsung S22 ultra), which I understand is for security reasons, but if I'm in my house cooking, it's not like I'm going to lose it or have it stolen is it? Plus, I also got fed up with trying to lean it against the kitchen roll so it'd stay up and the screen is too small for my aging eyes!

Much better than expected! Good solid construction. Easy fold away, multi angle tilt stand. The page holder clips look flimsy, but are actually really strong. Looks great in my kitchen.

Pros: - good quality - holds any size of cook book - folds down so it’s compact to store - adjustable for a full range of angles - looks good on the kitchen counter Cons: - the back of the stand folds down when in use, when not in use it folds up for storage, however there is no magnet to hold it there, which is a bit frustrating. - would be nice if the back of the stand was made of metal instead of plastic for aesthetics

I bought this to use with very large text books. The stand has worked perfectly - I tried it first with a 550 page book - no problems. I was surprised how well it worked with a 1500 page book, which I had found almost impossible to hold to read, and uncomfortable to read with it lying flat on my desk. The book stand is well made, sturdy and robust, and very simple to set up. For my purposes, it is perfect, and at a very reasonable price given its quality.

The stand was bought as a present for my husband and is brilliant. It's sturdy, can put it at the right height to suit you, also great for resting your phone on when cooking and watching netflix 😁

Dès réception, je l'ai déballé avec impatience. J'y ai posé le livre sur lequel je travaille en ce moment, très grand (mais peu épais) : impeccable. J'ai essayé avec un très gros livre : impeccable (l'une des 2 branches qui maintiennent les pages avait ensuite un peu de jeu, j'ai donné un petit coup de tournevis, le mal est réparé, je ferai très attention à l'avenir !) Un achat que je ne regrette pas ! Édit le lendemain : Un incident modère ma satisfaction : les vis, à l'arrière, qui fixent la crémaillère permettant d'incliner le lutrin, sont tombées, et sont impossibles à revisser (pas de vis abîmé ?) les 2 du même côté ; j'ai donné un coup de tournevis préventif aux 2 autres, de l'autre côté. J'ai remis en place les vis tombées en les "vissant" au maximum et je les maintiens par une bande de scotch. Pour le moment, cela ne nuit pas à l'utilisation du lutrin. Quant aux livres vraiment très épais : à éviter, chez moi la vis d'un des bras de maintien a pris du jeu, mais elle, j'ai pu la revisser très strictement ! Dans l'ensemble, je maintiens : (presque) absolument parfait !
