Tastes great, works great, good texture, no bad aftertaste, lasts long. Being a non-smoker, and trained to resist addiction as simply as breathing, I like to use these lozenges on very active, very busy or very long days, away from home or when travelling, as it provides me some stimulation/anti-fatigue, without side effects (for me), unlike when I increase caffeine intake a day or few and feel cardiovascular and digestive effects. Do be careful, as nicotine is generally addictive. Also don't chew too much, leave it in your cheek after a few chews every few minutes, for slower steadier release. I was sceptical if these would work. I usually smoke like a chimney and smoke around 30 a day. I bought the 4mg ones, which are advised if you smoke 20+ a day. I usually smoke about 3 in the first hour of the day. WILLPOWER is a must when you want to stop smoking. My first day on these, I did smoke 5 cigarettes, but that's a massive step forward for me. After 3 days I was down to 3 x half cigarettes. You need to take 1 day at a time, and not see it a defeat if you smoke a few. I'm now on day 4 and I have noticed that I have a lot of heartburn, and acid but that's a medical issue I have with most stuff, but these are increasing that, and of all the side effects you could get, trust me to get the excess gas 🤣 I will carry on with them, and hopefully in a few days, will change them to a lower dose. It says you can chew up to 15 a day, and the most I've needed on a day was 9. If anyone says they don't work, it's because they don't have the willpower!!

Will give the item 3 stars, good taste and flavour and seem to have helped a little, but doesn't quite take the craving of wanting to smoke.

A minute after I started to chew the gum, I felt the following: 1- Throat pain 2- Coughing 3- not feeling well I through it away after two min and tried it again and had the same negative reaction. I gave a sample to my friend and he faced the same issue.
