If you get a defective item you will never be able to return it!
I received a Lelo item that was defective and didn’t work when I received it! ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS EVER ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! VERY BAD RETURN POLICY! WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS BENDOR AGAIN!

Learn the difference between Buzzing and Rumbling
A lot of the low star reviews is not a reflection of the product but of their ignorance. This lelo massager is a RUMBLING type massager NOT buzzing so the vibrations are very low and powerful. If you like nanorotor vibrations get a BUZZING massager, but don’t knock a product down because you don’t know the differences. Besides that the product is great exactly what it was expected of it. Everything about is great even the size is ver manageable, worth the money

Does not work right
This does not work. Very weak intensity. It loses intensity with even the slightest movement. Even on a full charge, it starts fine, then as soon as you move it, it loses its intensity. I know there are different settings, but I’m talking about the basic setting. Not even worth $10.

Not worth the money.
This product is a joke. It's weak and i wish i hadn't spent the money i did on this piece of trash.

doesn't work while charging
pretty disappointed in the product, i've tried other lelo in the past with good results, this one however sucks. can't use while charging is a big minus.

Very weak.
The vibration on this does not go very high and it handle weirdly long. It has also stoped working one month in and only two uses.
