Q: How many waffles can you make with this mix?

You can easily make 16-20 per 1kg bag. Each 250g mix makes 4 but could make 5-6 if used a little more water.

Q: what type of oil do you use? vegetable, sunflower, olive??!

You can use any type really. I used coconut oil and it worked out great. Very tasty!!

Q: Has anyone tried changing the instructions to add beer rather than water ? What was the result ?

I never changed anything but sometimes I add vanilla or cinnamon for flavouring

Q: How long do the cooked waffles keep? Can they be reheated in a toaster?

I found they last at least a couple of days, reheating in the toaster for 30secs
