Not a cheese replacement but a great addition to your vegan diet
I was vegetarian for quite a time and swapped to a vegan diet a few weeks ago. The only thing I thought I would miss was cheese. Therefore I was looking for an alternative and was recommended this nutritional yeast brand. After trying this product for a few weeks now I do not agree with other reviewers saying it is cheesy. The only thing that reminds me of cheese / parmesan is the texture. Tastewise it is more like dried mushroom flakes. But I personally love the taste and the slightly crunchy and very thin texture. It's just perfect for every meal and adds a nice savory flavour! And as someone with a very sensitive stomach I am really happy that I do not have any issues with this product! The only negative point: it has a very strong smell - especially when you sprinkle it over hot food. I personally don’t mind, my partner on the other hand can’t stand this smell so I am not using it whenever we have a meal together or simply just mix it in the food quickly.

Tasty added to eggs, sandwiches etc. Never tried it before and all I can say is it is absolutely cheesy in flavour. Large bag and a little goes a long way so I will have to get more ideas what to use it on. Pleased it is a great source of B12

Very tasty
I love this stuff and use it on loads of things where I would normally use cheese. Great on pasta, salads, soups or in sarnies etc.

Relativ kräftiger Geschmack, aber zu deftige essen top zum nachwürzen , um mehr eiweiß zu bekommen. Nichts auf deutsch auf der Verpackung.
