This product is very effective. It's an energiser and and also for men it's such a good aphrodisiac. Highly recommend.

I've always liked Ginseng, and not took it for years, so started taking it again been taking it about a month, no more lethargy have got energy back it's been worth taking...won't suit everyone but you have to find one that does trial and error

Well, it works, but as for me, it is less efficient (i.e. less kick and clarity of mind) than ginseng from local supermarket, even though they have the same amount of ginseng declared. The problem with these tablets is their size. It's hard to swallow, unlike the capsules. Sometimes it stuck in the throat for a few seconds before I could push it down with more water. Not the best experience. And I don't have such problems with other tabs, if any. There is also a Siberian Ginseng of the same manufacturer, and the form factor of tablets is the same, but the latter is even less effective. I won't buy either one of them again.

Certainly the best Ginseng that I have ever taken. I feel the difference everyday when I take one tablet.
