I've been taking these to help with internal SIBO and fungal overgrowth after 2 bouts of prednisone (steroid) for allergic reactions. I have a bad overgrowth which has caused sinus issues, allergies, eczema etc etc. It is working,.slowly but working 🙂 Be aware that you will need to take them a long time for candida and yeast infections, as they get into the bloodstream as well as gut (leaky gut) and yes of course you will get oregano burps, however these are lessened if you take with food. Something else you will need to be doing (especially if they are burning your insides from what I read in the bad reviews) is sort you stomach acid out.... most of us have low stomach acid (not high as frequently diagnosed) taking Betain HCL with pepsin after meals should help improve this (from my experience, and stop the heat from the oregano) Personally I take the following 1 x digestive enzymes before EVERY MEAL 1 x oregano capsule with BREAKFAST (I eat paleo, so.this is normally bacon egg and avocado) 3 x betain hcl with pepsin with EVERY MEAL 1 x histamine X probotic before bed I've been doing this for about 3 weeks now, and my sinus issues are less problematic, my acid reflux has subsided, i feel better in the morning, however, I am getting skin flares from the die off, it's not fun, but it means the yeast is dying off. 🙂 You have to remember that oregano oil is the natural antibiotic alternative (and just as powerful)

Absolutely love these ! They are Tiny but mighty ! The benefits are almost immediate for me , I’ve used them for several months. Helps with tummy upsets ( IBS). No more aches and pains of the joints and flattens my appetite. My allergies are more manageable and I have less ‘brain fog’. Strange little tablets seem to do a lot more than they are suppose to do !. Get over the first few days of the warmth in the tummy after taking and push through you will be amazed. I stop for a week and then start take good bacteria drinks and then start taking these again. I notice some people take them for the onset of colds etc but they work better for me to take regularly. Marvellous alternative remedy !.

I very rarely get the time to sit down and write a review but I felt compelled to do it for this product! I have suffered with an itchy rash on my neck for months and had treatments from our local pharmacist, containing hydrocortisone and an antibacterial and an antifungal agent, which only partially got rid of the problem but as soon as I stopped using the cream, which can only be used for a week at a time, the rash came back. I took the first capsule of this oregano oil and the next day I noticed the rash was not so annoying! Over the next few days the rash disappeared! Then within a week, I noticed my constantly swollen and aching joints were feeling a lot better!! I don't know whether this is due to Candida but for a long time the Doctor has been thinking that I have some sort of autoimmune problems. The only thing I know was that I wasn't expecting this sudden improvement, after so many years!! I will definately be buying this product again, it's amazing and I hope it has the same dramatic effects on others

It arrived in a timely manner. The product seems to be very popular. I came across it in a comments section of a YouTube video on health. Since then I've seen people mention it in several comments sections and these peoole clearly knew what they were talking about and had far more experience than me with taking oregano oil. I am 8 weeks in to being very unwell with a horrendous flu that's affected my lungs considerably. I have taken the oregano oil for the last 4 days and am quite astounded at how much better I am feeling. I am curious though about the dosage. The box says only to take one capsule and not to exceed it but some reputable online doctors seem to suggest you are okay to take more (although they don't mention brands) but all also suggest sticking to the instructions on the box. I am tempted to take more but at this stage will not. It seems to be helping me recover and as it's so reputable I believe it is effective, particularly as I seem to be getting better since taking them. I know you have to be very careful with essential oils so am studying up on it. I would like to know if it really is risky taking more but it'll be down to me to study that. I'd say definitely give it a try. 4 stars only because of my lack of knowledge on dosage and Zane Hellas don't really advise on why one should only stick to one capsule but I like this product.

Very good, I had heard about this product before, I've returned from working abroad and had a chest infection, I've only taken 3 of these over a week and it's really made a difference, it's does repeat on me a bit, but it's a small price to pay for what this does, even after reading the comments I wasn't completely convinced, but I have other supplements for various times of the year, even my wife has them now, so we're quite impressed. Would recommend and buy again.

I have been looking to take Oregano oil for its antiviral/antibiotic/antifungal properties, in particular in regard to strengthening my lungs. I'd tried taking the raw oil in a drink (3-4 drops) but - despite persisting for many months because it works - I just couldn't find it either pleasurable or something I could just get used to (*like learning to drink tea without sugar, I've never succeeded in that either!). The taste was just far too strong. But I loved the Zane Hellas product I'd been using and had started to see improvement in my condition, so I didn't want to stop. So, I converted to the capsules: absolutely brilliant. Now I have all the benefits without any of the discomfort. There is no taste to the tablets anywhere near like the raw oil and, provided you swallow them straight away so the shell doesn't start to dissolve, there is no discernible taste at all. Yet I still have all the benefits of the raw oil. This is a fantastically easy way of taking very high quality Oregano oil, and Zane Hellas have been a great company to do business with.

Excelente producto, el más concentrado del mercado. Yo estaba súper intoxicada de Candida instestinal y me ayudó mucho (Es verdad que también me hice dos hidroterapias de colon). Pero ahora mismo volví a comprarlo porque me han regresado los síntomas. Me gusta acompañarlo de un probiótico que siembre buena flora. Lo he tomado en ayunas y siendo muy sensible no me ha hecho mal. La atención al cliente maravillosa porque les consulté en 2-3 ocasiones y enseguida me contestaron y muy amablemente. Gracias!!!

He leído comentarios como que da ardor estomacal... y la verdad los primeros dos días me dieron, pero luego he leído que hay que tomarlo con el estomago lleno, osea después de comer y desde entonces no siento ardor de estómago y la verdad que muy bien, llevo solo 6 días pero noto que tengo menos hambre.

Buena calidad de producto. Me lo recomendaron. El complemento de orégano de los más potentes que he encontrado. Hay que tener cuidado si te produce algún efecto gástrico. La calidad es muy buena.

Es un imprescindible en mí casa, además en tiempo de frió para aumentar defensas. Procuro de tenerlo siempre.
