HealthAid Livercare (Cleanse and Detox) Vegetarian Tablets, Yellow, Turmeric, 60 Count

I was diagnosed with NAFLD after prolonged bed rest following an accident, surgery, painkillers and antibiotics. So I started to take these tablets hoping they would help. My symptoms have eased a little and my liver blood results are much better now too! Which is great of course! Before I started taking these I had 4 elevated liver levels, now I only have 1. I can't say for sure if these tablets were the reason for the slight recovery but I must presume they have helped as I've been unable to do much else, unfortunately. The only reason I took 1 star off these is that the tablets are HUGE (possible choking hazard so have plenty of water at the ready)! They also taste bitter. But, let's be honest they are not supposed to be a meal. They do the job and that's what's important. So taking that into account I've added that 1 star back. Using common sense, I just break them in half (they are then like normal sized tablets) but swallow 4 with all my other multivitamins in the morning. If you have any liver issues or just want to be precautionary before any issues (in which I commend you!) then there's absolutely no harm in trying these. I took them daily but sometimes once every other day or two days, a dose of 2 is recommended. They lasted me a good amount of time. About 2 months which is really good! Overall I'm very happy with this product and I am just about to buy some more now...

I’m so grateful for these. My partner had elevated liver enzymes ALT was 78. But after taking these and Solgars Choline for 6 weeks the results are now pretty much normal! We were so relieved! We did make sure to drink more water and move more, but these were the main difference! Very grateful and will continue to take every few days to maintain rather than every day for 6 weeks .

This product is amazing , after research regarding the benefits of milk thistle for the liver function and of reducing fat cells within the liver itself and for helping to burn fat all over the body , I was looking for a product that was all natural , so I came across liver care , it arrived yesterday morning on time and I started to take the supplement straight away , I must admit I liked the odd glass of wine regularly , but my new years resolution was to cut it right down , I am on day 5 with no alcohol at all , and I have been working out on my treadmill also , but it's only since I started to take this supplement that I have not felt sick at all as alcohol does upset your stomach terribly and I have more energy and feel really well even at day number 5 , I highly recommend this product to help your liver function better , I am not even craving a drink because I feel great , the best I have felt in almost a year , but remember you have to eat healthier aswell as exercise .

Update 12/12/2018: I've used these a few times since my original review and have decided that they do make a difference for me. Like a lot of other herbal supplements it's hard to know for sure if these make a massive difference but some people clearly swear by these. I've definitely noticed I feel better after drinking alcohol (less hungover) so they offer me some piece of mind if anything. I'm definitely not saying you can buy these and then drink excessively without consequence, just that if you suffer from hangovers then these 'may' help. They contain milk thistle extract which is believed to help the liver repair and reduce damage. Our body only tends to take the nutrients it actually needs from supplements and excretes the rest, however milk thistle extract isn't normally found in other vitamin supplements so hopefully it gets absorbed. These are definitely not the best tasting tablets out there. If could explain the taste it would be what I imagine concentrated vegetarian gravy granules would taste like. If you don't wash them down with something straightaway the taste lingers for a while and they also makes your tongue turn yellow. The tablets are also very large and some poeple may struggle with them. You have been warned! Original Review: Not really sure if they help at all, it was more for piece of mind after heavy drinking than anything else. Not the best tasting things out there though!

Bought these after realising my liver has probably seen more chaos than a nightclub bouncer. Can’t say if it’s “detoxing” me or just giving my organs a pep talk, but I do feel a bit less like a worn-out diesel engine in the mornings. Easy to take, no drama, and at least it makes me feel like I’m trying to behave.

I liked the ingredients, the quality of these tablets is good. description leaflet inside the box, this product does help my liver, box is appealing as well, tablets are slightly big, taking 2 at a time, would recommend these. , this is my second time buying! Delivery box was packaged safely, and delivered promptly no complaints . tablets could be smaller though would be great because ease of swallowing is 4out of5! Tablets performance is effective for me.

Es un excelente producto, los niveles de GGT de las pruebas de funcionamiento hepático me llegaron a los nieveles normales. Las crudas/resacas son mucho menor. Dos detalles, uno el paquete me llegó todo aplastado bastante mal. Otra pésimo detalle es que el valor nutrimental no es el mismo. Me mandaron un paquete con mucho menos valores nutrimentales. Le faltan componentes de vitamina B entre muchos otros. No me mandaron lo que yo compré, pero el producto y la combinación es buena.

Facevo uso di un altro integratore che non si trova più ma aveva gli stessi ingredienti, curcuma, cardomariano ecc, beh, nonostante io sia un bevitore ( moderato ma costante) alle analisi mai avuto valori epatici così buoni. Non ho mai sforato le transaminasi dove il limite è 40ul, stavo sempre sui 35/36.... Dopo l'uso di questi tipi di integratori con quei principi attivi già citato, alle analisi stavo a 18ul. Ottimo anche i gamma GT. All ecografia ( PS. avevo il fegato grasso e ingrossato) il fegato era molto meno grasso e aveva ridotto la dimensione . Quindi funziona.
