I first took it many years ago when I had a cancer scare and it helped to calm me right down at a time when I really needed it all you can do is try it out and see if it works for you **Q: is it fragrance free /no smell ? the spray** A: There are no artificial additives and I can't smell or taste any fragrance when using ..I can just taste the alcohol base .The spray really helps me in times of stress and I always have one in my bag . **Q: Can i add this to a drink? Like a chocolate milk before bed?** A: No. Don't add it to any drink at all. Just spray 2 sprays of it on or under your tongue. I've tried both ways got same effect.
