Can't find a way to contact the seller but this arrived damaged and after spending a lot of money to purchase something from a quality company like Tilta, I find this very unacceptable.UPDATE: After being able to speak to a representative I did manage to get a replacement for the damaged plate and two new screws - as well as the all important instruction manual which I had previously not been able to access. Now everything works as it should.I will say that I was tracked down on Instagram by the representative and messaged there which I do find unacceptable, something I did mention in my email replies.Otherwise the rig is back up and running at no extra cost to me - will be able to give it some real-world trials now.
