Excellent quality
Quality is excellent and perfect dosages of essential b vitamins. I have noticed an improvement in my mood in general and also feeling I have abit more energy during the day. If your looking for a quality supplement from a reputable company then this is for you.

Lovely tablets!
I don't normally take supplements with these ingredients however my body seems to be fine with them! No reactions. It's one of the hundreds of supplements I have kept. Now I use this, fish oil, magnesium drops, orgeno oil that's it! Thank you :)

These are good but pills are too big

Making the dark mornings a little easier
I have been leaving my house before 5am for work now for over 20 years and this year has been a real struggle. A trainer friend suggested some extra B and these supplements due to their high quality ingredients. I have never really benefited from supplements before but these had def made a difference to my energy levels first thing. I take with dinner in the evenings.

Rather strong supplement causing upset
Not proper balance of B vitamins. Got stomach upset after taking on more than one occasion which has never happened before with B supplements.

An easy and convenient way to get vitamin B into your system. I believe these tablets are good quality by a company that use good methods to give you the best. Of course companies are in business to make profits but that does not mean all companies do not care for the customer. They care.

It did what I expected from the get go. I would recommend to others to purchase. I just don't take daily given the percentage of some of the B's.
