In fact, not advised at all. Vile stuff even in drinks to disguise the taste. Even this would be tolorable if it did not give me mouth blisters. **Q: Have just received a bottle of this and it has a very strong smell…is this usual. It is a yeast time smell so probably the vitamin b?** A: I had the same problem , and it was VERY EXTREME STINK . I had to throw it away ASAP . to me it’s not normal smell , I’ve used liquid b before other brands and it never smelt like that . B complex usually has an odour but not like what I had . If I were you I’d be cautious . **Q: Can somebody who bough it recently confirm the taste is okay or really not ok..?
