Which one? As we get older our bodies need more of this or less of that, hence the availability of 50+ or 70+ formulations. If you look at the content on the side of the packet you'll find the ingredients are expressed as a percentage of the NRV value i.e. the recommended daily dose for your body. That's how I compare the different brands and formulations.My doctor stressed how important it is to take Vitamin D supplements to help our immune system, particularly so as we got older. Many of the multi-vitamin formulations out there contain less than the daily recommended dose of vitamin D, but this one has five times the recommended dose that the average person requires, beneficial for those of us who are older. It saves me having to buy vitamin D tablets separately that I might add aren't cheap. So this 50+ formulation gets my vote - I've purchased these tablets four times now, and am very happy with them. Recommended. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not "high-strength" You need to take two per day. *by T***C on 8 December 2021* Well, these do what they claim to do, that is privde you with the vitamins etc stated. However, it does claim that these are "high-strength". Yet they are actually half the strength of my normal branded multivitamens, which do not claim to be high-strength. With these ones you have to take two tablets per day, where with most other multivitamin products you just need take one.
