Excellent piece of equipment. I make my own ORMUS and that involves a lot of stirring -- this is the ticket. Solidly built, lights and dials that work, and from what I've see no problems with the bar magnet disengaging with the drive magnets. I am surprised it heats to '550 C' -- i sure haven't tried that and don't need it -- just be aware that it can get very hot. However it even has a 'hot' light to keep you on your toes. Good delivery, well packed, came with instruction manual and a bar magnet. Very happy.

Unfortunately mine did not work properly the first time I tried to use it it would not power up eventually after flicking the switch many times many hours later it worked, it then worked fine and very well for a few weeks, I didn’t use it for about a month and now I have the same problem this time I could not get it turn back on
