I take this for estrogen dominance. 2 caps daily after food. It will change the smell of your urine (I always like to think it’s the estrogen leaving your body). I also take DIM (200mg before bed), NAC (1200mg between meals) and Calcium D Glucarate (1000mg before bed) been taking this combo for 3 months or so and my estrogen dominance is almost resolved! At last! I also took Agnis Castus (not in an alcohol tincture) for 3-6 months.

Safe to take as part of pink salt diet

Good quality, value and arrived on time. It is not really possible to evaluate the metabolism effect of a supplement such as this. I still feel the same. It does however contain the unnecessary and questionable ingredient Magnesium Stearate, hence not five stars.

Good quality capsules, somewhat easy to swallow, packaged in thin plastic container making them easy to store. Would recommend to anyone who needs to take these capsules.

I like the handy easy to store and use container that it came in but unfortunately there was no hard lid supplied so had to transfer the tablets to a sealable plastic bag. I do however have the containers with lids for the Co Q10 & PQQ Max and they are great. The combination of the three definitely has had a beneficial effect on my energy levels.

Would be good apart from the fact that it is full of cheap and nasty, allergenic microcrystalline cellulose, as an unnecessary filler. It comes from pine and is a digestive irritant for the 20% of the population with fragrance etc irritations or IBS etc. It is also highly allergenic for those 5%+ of the population with an allergy to eg oxidised limonene, oxidised linalool, colophony/rosin, Balsam of Peru, etc.

So far I've had no adverse reaction to this product, but it is too early to say if it will give any long term advantages.
