Technic Mega Nudes & Mega Matte Nudes Eyeshadow Palette Set

I have used these sets of 2 natural eye shadow pallets for a few months now; especially for celebrations/parties. I needed a set of natural/nude eye shadows, as i currently have all bright colours, which i barely use, as i don't find the right occasion to wear them, so i tried these out. And they are so smooth/neutral looking; have received many complements about my natural makeup look from wearing these shades, as they are that natural and free looking on the creases of my eyelids. II would recommend starting with a cream layer of concealer then applying from light to dark shades slowly, and build up/use the darker browns/red tones within the deep creases of the eyelid, as i find this brings out the best effect, and makes these show up a lot more and give that subtle look. Another positive is the packaging; clear and thick quality plastic holds the eye shadows, (in an orderly vertical format), with the right amount of each shade going from dark/light shades, making it easy to chose your tones/colour, and see which brown tone goes with which beige tone. The bold black text on the front of each pallet, also adds that simple 'chic' 'ultra-modern' feel to the pallet. Only element i dislike is the little eye shadow smudger/brush it comes with; it doesn't really blend anything at all, so probably best to use your own small application brush suitable to smaller areas, (which is what i do). And last but not least the overall price at just under £4 for two of these sets; it's a great bargain buy! (And i am a huge lover for Technic makeup products; i have previously purchased their highlighters/lashes/lash glue..., due to their high quality/pigments and low prices, so will be buying more of their future products again!)

FAB little palettes and a total bargain price. There are a nice selection of nude/neutral shades between the two palettes which compliment each other well. Obviously the Mega Mattes are just that, Matte and non shimmery, which is something I have found hard to come by in a decent range of colours, wheread the Mega Nudes has some shades that have a subtle shimmer. This is nice to have as a contrast and can really lift the look of the Mattes if applied appropriately, or of course, applied alone which would give a more shimmery finish. However, these really are subtley shimmery which is perfect for me as I am not really a fan of shimmer and it can look terribly dated and ageing if it is overly sparkly IMO. I applied these with a Real Tehniques eyeshadow brush and found that the finish was really professional looking despite the price. They are fairly powdery when using the brush on the individual cakes, so there is a fair amount of waste from that perspective, but at this price it is not a great issue. This does also mean there is a slight amount of fall out from the product if it is not tapped off but this is the case with many eyeshadows and can easily be remedied by applying a loose powder beneath the eye which is brushed off at the end of application. Overall I would recommend this set for the range of colours, the finish and the price - you can't really go wrong at less than a fiver for both. But spend a bit more on a decent eyeshadow brush, this will make all the difference and I feel it helped the product to be the best it could be.

I use these for weathering plastic model kits. A lot cheaper than Tamiya colours that only have three on a palette. Only got one set in my order so that was a bit annoying.

Great choice of colours and good value for money. Long lasting all day or night wear.

These two eyeshadows cover every shade of brown I have sensitive eyes but can use this no problem The colour applies well and it lasts all day Great value too

These are not very pigmented. They are good for a base or transition colour but the colour payoff is not very good. They do seem to blend well when applied.

Nice neutral palettes they have a nice range of browns and neutrals they are easy to apply and blend out and are Pigmented I always use a eye primer as it makes them last and makes the powder stick to your lids especially if you have oily lids it helps them last longer

These colours are lovely, apply nicely and stay on all day! No collection in eyelid creases, even on hot days. My only criticism is that it said they were matte but some are shimmer, but I actually quite like the shimmer look now. It does go quite powdery on the palette, but it's not a problem if you're careful. Overall, absolutely smashing value for money.

Per il prezzo pagato sono più che soddisfatta. La uso principalmente quando devo fare un trucco veloce senza pennelli perché ho notato che se lo applico con le dita scrive abbastanza bene invece con i pennelli non scrivono molto. Naturalmente non è una palette eccezionale ma per quanto lo pagata la trovo ottima

I was looking matte eyeshadow in nude shades for a natural, no-makeup makeup look. This set is such a cheap price I though I'd give it a try. The texture is quite powdery but goes on real smooth and stay on a long time with shadow primer and set with powder. It's not super pigmented but blends well. The two palettes have very similar colors, just with or without shimmer. Upon testing the shimmer versions seem more pigmented yet the shimmer so subtle I can use them for my preferred look too. The photos show the colors on plain copy paper. The left column is shimmer version, right column matte. The right hand image has increased saturation to show off the colors better. For the price this is a really good value and product - I paid more for a single color shadow from a drugstore brand than this whole set. Just be aware this is not for intensed or dramatic looks (though it maybe doable with wet application). For the natural look I want this works surprisingly well.

You can’t go wrong with this. You actually get two palettes; the matte nude one and another nude palette that has just a touch of shimmer. Both have a lot of options for different skin tones. They’re easy to blend and the colour stays on all day, even in the heat. Way better than some more expensive shadows! I would totally recommend and will buy again!

Ces 2 palettes sont tout simplement GENIALES et pour le prix c'est de la folie!!! Pigmentation au top, magnifiques dégradés de couleurs, bonne tenue (sur une base bien sur) et un bonheur à estomper. Je suis super contente de cet achat/découverte!!!!!
