I've been taking this supplement daily for a couple of years now, and I wouldn't be without it. My doctor recommended it to me as a gentle iron supplement, as I was often iron deficient in blood tests, (even with a healthy diet). Alongside iron, this supplement also contains folate and vitamin D, vitamins that a lot of us can be deficient in. Since taking this I have had normal iron levels, and my energy is so much improved. I like the flavour, it's a little on the sweet side, but not unpleasant, and is gentle on my tummy. I've even started taking it away on holiday with me, as I really notice if I go without it for a week or so.
