Love love this primer. Seems brightening and easy to use.

I’m definitely not one of those girls who’s really into make up, I typically just wear the basics, but the small amount that I do wear, I want it to be good quality, but I don’t want to pay the high price that usually goes along with the good quality brands. IMO ELF products are the best of both worlds, great quality at a great price. ELF has many items that I prefer over the more expensive name brands, this Putty Primer is one of them. It goes on so creamy smooth & makes my skin look so healthy. I wear it under foundation or sometimes just on its own, either way, you can’t go wrong. I highly recommend.

So, I love this brand of putting primer and when target, Walmart or Sephora runs out I definitely just come to Amazon because I know they will always have it in stock. I love this putty primer it makes my skin clear I also love how the foundation looks when it’s over the primer! Definitely recommend.

The product has a very smooth consistency and no scent. I have redness in my skin and purchased this for around my cheeks and chin area. I have not experienced any brightening or evening out of skin tone....but it does make a wonderful primer. Perhaps, I need to use a thicker application? But, if I use more it would be a bit "slippery". I will continue to use as a primer but as for brightening/evening out the skin tone, not seeing it.

I had an allergic reaction to this product and I didn't like the heavy or thick feeling on my face.

I am really liking this. I use it with an elf buffing brush. Feels smooth on my skin. I use it mainly under eyeshadow.

I’d never heard of Elf cosmetics until my teenage daughter started using it. This primer gives me the best base for foundation I’ve had. I’ve used plenty of primers in the past - a Laura Mercier one use to be my favourite until I discovered this one. My skin is dry and it makes it look dewy and pore less. My foundation also seems to stay fresh for longer when I use this primer. I’ve learned to use it very sparingly around the eyes as it can cause the foundation to sit in creases if I put too much on. Also great value for money.

Love this primer, easy to apply, wears well, minimizes pores.

This putty is great only need a small amount it glides on the skin giving you a fresh glow .

Love the balmy consistency of this primer. I have dry patches in places of my facial skin so this allows me to feel like I’m layering moisture on top of my day cream due to the balmy consistency
