Too big and heavy.

I'll admit to being sceptical about these machines but when my wife made me buy her one for her birthday and I 'sneakied' a go on it I instantly became addicted. You feel great after using them and the JTX has just 6 programs so you can simply get started straight away. No endless reading and forced learning just simple clear programs ready to go.Pros....1. Quality 2. ease of use 3.sharp looks 4. quiet 5. value for money 6. service.Cons....1. No JTX dealership in Northern Ireland.My wife and I researched loads of these machines from cheap and cheerful to commercial. We even looked at second hand but after reading tons of reviews on this machine it was head and shoulders above the rest. In the flesh it's even better with a lovely quality feel and finish. Some of the reviews suggested that it was difficult to assemble but my only suggestion on that score would be not to tighten any screws or bolts until you have them all started off. This should ensure a problem free assembly. The settings on the machine are so varied that it would be nearly impossible not to get something to suit everyone. And finally the big question.....DOES IT WORK? Well, YES, it does. My wife and I have both seen marked results and feel terrific after our 10 minute sessions. She has lost several pounds but she has been using one for 3 weeks now. I have just started but I feel extremely optimistic.Back up is a big thing for me so I was relieved to find the JTX people are at the end of the phone and are simply the nicest people to deal with.A true 5 star product.

A bit larger than I was expecting, but great machine, quiet and effective. It comes with straps, video and wall chart. But not the mat that you need if you want to do some of the exercises. Not sure if it should have or if it was extra. Delivery service excellent, putting together takes 2 due to the weight of product, but not hard. Results, well you can feel it working, but it is up to you what benefits you get.

I cant say I have lost any weight after using the power plate every day for a month but I do feel better. My circulation has improved. I'm not sure if I'm toning up it might b too early to tell. I do enjoy using it but am yet to see any weight loss.

Came in with a wet box. There was a crack on the base of the machine. No foil on the Screen as you expect on a new machine. Looks like a second hand or a repaired item being given to us. Handle bar got a smudge on it. Have ask for a replacement.

very impressed.....customer service excellent..the black screws have been replaced with silver ones...no indication if Spring washers go on first or second on long base screws...the feet can be adjusted for levelling which is important, all screws should be checked for tightness after approx a months use then maybe each year...the Allen key used for the middle screws could do with being longer ( long reach ) supplier said might consider adding one in future...instructions would be better if some of this was included..the supplied Allen keys are not of very high quality, best use your own if you have good quality steel keys...the machine is very sturdy and well made and extremely quiet in use....very very pleased.

Cannot remember the purchase

What a fabulous piece of equipment ! If like me, you haven't exercised for a long time (and don't like exercising that much) then this is for you ! 10/15 minutes on the this power plate and you know you have done a workout. I vibrated in places I didn't know existed. Programme 3 is best for intensive fat burning but its good for massaging too. My cellulite has already improved after 2 weeks use. Can't wait to see the results by the time I go on holiday in August ..
