Would it fit sunglasses?

Yes it would definitely fit sunglasses in it. I put my Samsung S7 Edge and glasses in the first zip and they fit easily. Second zip fits loose change and notes.

My waist is 32 inches, my hips 41 inches, will this fit? Also is the big pouch bigger enough to hold a bottle of water?

It has adjustable strap so will fit you and a small bottle of water, yes. I bought this for a festival and it broke within a day :(

How big in inches is this waist strap please?

Am not sure sorry I havnt measured it. But it doesn't fit around my waist. I am a size 16-18 hips so I think it needs to be another 4-6 inches bigger to fit.

How many pockets with zips does this have ? and how many litres is it.

It has one main zip with a smaller one at the front, however would only really use the main one for safety reasons :)
