The instructions say to wrap a hot towel around your hair after you've put the mask on, but I used a shower cap instead so my body heat would help the mask work, and it worked very well. My hair felt so soft and silky, and shiny. And personally I found the scent to be very pleasant. I use it with the egg protein hair oil. I hope continued use will help my hair strength and manageability. I have curly, thick hair that is very difficult to manage at times and this mask has definitely helped lessen dry hair and tangles, and it eliminated any frizz! This is definitely a must-have for my hair care from now on.

Ok so I was prepared for the smell after so many comments. On opening, it smelt something like a 1970s brothel. However, after blow drying the smell improved and I now find it quite tolerable. The product itself is good, my hair is very damaged but feels healthy after using. I've tried lots of high end treatments and tbh this is nearly, if not equally as effective. My hair is shiny and soft with body. Amazing value.

Leaves my hair super soft, took me a minute to get used to the smell, smells almost like an in-scent stick. I use it in the shower, should be used with a hot towel as per instructions but I use it like a regular conditioner and leave to sit for about 5 minutes and rinse out, works so well. It works as a product but it has 2 ingredients in it that are know and the ‘itchy m’s’ which can irritate some people. Made my hair lovely and curly but drove me crazy with the itches! Also stinks but hey what do you expect from an egg mask?!

For someone who has tried nearly every protein deep conditioner, to the point of thinking I was protein sensitive this is amazing. It was actually going to be my last protein deep conditioner purchase and for the price couldn't go wrong, I am really amazed! I have tried all CG and non-CG products including the much hyped Kerastase which you couldn't even compare to this masque. I knew I needed a protein hit as my beloved moisture deep conditioner wasn't moisturizing my hair enough resulting in straw like hair. This product really does work! And at the price you really cannot go wrong, It leaves my hair moisturized and strong. I knw my hair and I knew I needed a protein treatment if I didnt stumble across this I would be lead to believe I am protein sensitive. It really has saved my dry brittle hair. Ive even manged to keep length retention with this so much more reduced hair loss after a hair wash. Im starting to see baby hairs grow around my crown which had been subject to much straightening abuse, in fact 8 years, the hairs were so thin and my scalp was visible, this did something to boost my growth! For the record I have incredibly dry, coarse, curly hair (naturally) its reminiscent of the desert bone dry. Please give this a try before you splurge on anything more :))
