Besides color?** A: Hello,The biggest difference between these watches (other than color of course) is the bezel. 9403 has a wave design along the bezel, and features bigger numbers (20,30,40,50) as well as pin dots along each minute from 3-12. 8928ob has a much smaller wave design which results in more frequent indentations.
