I must say that I have always been a fan of Mrs Dash's Seasonings - they just add that little extra taste to many things a vegetarian eats and meat eaters too. The seasonings adds to the flavour of scrambled eggs, mushroom omelettes amd Quiches too. More to the point they enhance the flavour of all vegetables steamed or fried. I can certainly recommend them - the few extra pennies spent on postage is well worth while.

I purchased this as I need to stop adding salt to my diet . I use this as a substitute and so far it is doing the job .

I was looking for a no sodium alternative and when I saw this I thought to myself great! Flavours from herbs look like a good alternative with good reviews. So I bought a bunch of these Mrs Dashes in different flavours only to find out, when I was boiling chicken breast, that it does not do much for the taste but leaves a VERY STRONG ODOR that penetrates several rooms and stays for a few days. Very pungent. And very annoying. It shoots right up your nose. My pot still smells despite being cleaned multiple times and left with water and detergent to sit in it for hours. It is that strong. The taste however, is mild. Hardly a good salt substitute. I would NOT recommended it for cooking.

A big fan of most Dash seasonings and this purchase is one of their best. I’m usually wary of anything labeled “herb” but this has a great, slightly roasted, onion taste. I gave it a shot even though I was very disappointed in their Garlic and Herb flavor. Not enough garlic and too much generic herb - whatever that is! This onion flavor is a winner.

Love it! Have high blood pressure it salt free but still gives me really good seasoning I want.

I have used Dash products for years It’s nice to find a variety on Amazon that I cannot always find in the stores

Mrs Dash is a must have! I love how versatile it is! You can use it in so many different ways and seems to taste healthier.. I love this one and the original table blend as well
