I purchased this item for my 14 year old daughter. My daughter was not coping with everyday life as being badly bullied in school which got so bad she was begging me to have home tuition and got worse each month and having trouble relaxing and sleeping when her hormones was so high she hated herself and felt the whole world was against her. Been back and forth to the gp and been prescribed beta blockers for anxiety which she felt after 3 months the medication was not helping much and asked me if there is anything else that would help her cope and sleep and when or if she did sleep she would feel more tierd then the night before. Going online and researching home remedies or natraul herbs there is so many products like carms which was not age approved. Until I was told to look for herbal products that contain ashwagandha which I never even heard of before now. Browsing on Amazon I came across this product and alot of huming and haring I decided to take the chance and purchased this item. The item arrived next day and in time for my daughter to arrive home from school. I started her only on one capsule with her after school snack and straight away to my surprise she seemed little relaxed and buy 9:30pm she told me goodnight so going from unable to settle and restless to having a good night sleep and waking up refreshed and felt like she has had a good night sleep and better still felt like she coped little better in school and over the 1st week of taking this product I have also noticed how much carmer and relaxed better still happier in herself. I just wish I knew about this product before now and knowing it's all natraul herbs it is alot Heather for her then prescribed beta blockers at a very young age which worried me a lot. I will keep purchasing this product until my daughter feels she no longer needs them.

I have been taking these pills for a few days now and I am amazed at there effect. I have slept deeper and wake feeling very refreshed. My general physical experience has me feeling relaxed and energised but calm and relaxed. Brilliant. I have bought some for my sister as she is recovering from a long illness. I definately recommend for those who are lookong to feel more balanced.

Excellent product. The contents are tablets and not capsules which are far more effective without the fillers of gelatin.

I think this is working. I have been feeling very tired . My test results showed that there is a problem with my thyroid function. I took these tablets as I know that in Ayurvedic medicine this is supposed to help with normalising thyroid function and I think it has as I don't feel the tiredness anymore. Much more energetic. I will need to do further blood tests to confirm though.

Ashwagandha seems to work very well for most people, however, it made me feel a little bit 'wired', so I think I will wait a while before resuming taking this . Excellent service, price and delivery.

I ordered this product As a recommendation from a family member who’s really seen improvements and he’s doing well sleeping well with this product. When it arrived, I took one tablet around 7 o’clock in the evening, I felt a little bit drowsy/intoxicated.. I went to bed, okay. Throughout the night, I started to get a little bit of heartburn type of feeling but it wasn’t heartburn. - it felt like the tablet was floating in my chest area. Next day, I thought maybe because I took it late in the evening it wasn’t good so I took the next tablet the next day afternoon. As time went on that feeling of The tablet floating in the top of my throat came back again. This time I felt nausea and the feeling got worse and worse.. I started feeling bloated, so I decided not to take any more. 24 hours later I still feel the same today. I felt nausea most of the day - as I’m typing this I feel so so bloated and nauseous. I guess it don’t suit everybody…

As i was suffering from backhead pain, cervical and panic attacks. I was not sure what to do? Die Produkte von Himalaya Herbs habe ich schon längst gekauft (jedoch nicht bei Amazon). Waren immer guter Qualität. Nach einem Monat als ich Ashvaganda einnehme ist mien Schlaf tiefer und erholsamer (am Wochenende bin ich nicht verwirrend um 6:30 aufgewacht). Cortisolspiegel ist zu einem annehmbaren Wert (zwar oberhalb der Grenze aber nur gering).

Bis jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden, teste aber erst seit 3 Tagen. Die Kapseln sorgen für einen erholsamen, tiefen Schlaf wie ich ihn Jahre nicht mehr hatte. Tagsüber fühle ich mich dementsprechend sehr ausgeglichen. Bin gespannt ob die Wirkung anhält. Wenn ja, empfehle ich es guten Gewissens weiter 👍🏼
