2 tablets being 3200mgs is enough any more & destroy testosterone & only take for 2 weeks then a week of as continuous use after 2 weeks destroy testosterone but cycling properly a good supplement if you over 30 yrs old

My wife an I have been trying for over 6 months to get pregnant and were not having any luck. Man kann es testen und sehen ob es Wirkt. Ich merke das ich fitter und mehr Power im Training habe und sich die Libido und der Festtstoffwechsel verbessert. Man sollte beachten das man es wie eine Kur nimmt. ich nehme es 2 Wochen lang dann 1 Woche absetzten mit Zink und dann wieder 2 Wochen Einnahme. Nehme 3 Kapseln am Tag; Morgens, Mittags und vor dem Schlafen gehen
