Tiny, does the job, takes the stress away.
I’m very familiar with Puressentiel so I was glad I found this cute inhaler on Amazon. It’s tiny so I may need another one soon. It arrived sealed and the best before date is Jan 2025 so no problem there. I’ve been using it for the last few days. 1) Does it work? I find that it helps with cravings which is exactly what clove and mandarin essential oils are supposed to do. You just need to grab the stick instead of grabbing whatever it is you’d like to snack on:) 2) Is the scent suitable for everyone? If you can’t stand the scent of cinnamon or clove then don’t buy it. Personally I love this cute little stick but I love all sorts of essential oils. All in all I’m happy with it, it’s a bit of “stress toy” really and definitely worth it.

Not sealed at all which isn't reassuring. Smells great but too early to comment on weight loss benefits. Will update after a month if it works.

It works
I've seen more expensive products similar to this and as I was sceptical of it so I decided to try this version at a faction of the price. Well this product is great anx really works. At night is when my snacking comes into play and since using this product my cravings has deminished. Even my taste for 2 sugars in my green tea, gone! I put 1 sugar in it and found it really sweet!! Great product would definitely recommend

Overrated
It smells nice but does nothing to curb my cravings. It's quite a strong cinnamon smell which just makes me think of Danish pastries. Not worth the money.

Actually seems to take the cravings away!
Whilst I have been working from home since Covid hit I have gained quite a lot of weight. Mainly due to the fact that there is food/snacks in the house and I have the willpower of a flea! Since I stated using the Puressentiel Slimstick Inhaler about a week ago I have really cut down on snacking. A few sniffs in each nostril (don't put it IN the nostril, keep it about 1cm away) and I just don't fancy that biscuit/packet of crisps/choccy bar as much I think it smells mainly of cloves and cinnamon but it's quite pleasant I've not seen the difference on the scales yet but I'm feeling more in control of what I eat and I'm sure that the weight will start to come down gradually I will be buying more of these

Horrible scent
It had a horrible scent of cloves and cinnamon that strangely left a horrible taste in the mouth. Instead of stopping me eating it made me want to eat something to get rid of the taste. Threw it in the bin.
