Wish I’d bought one of these years ago. Nice and stable with the tooth ends. Encased in plastic, which I guess makes it safe for little ones incase the inner glass breaks. On first inspection the sand seemed to take forever. I thought there was no way it was only two minutes, but I timed it and it was actually 2 mins and 1.5 seconds. Pretty good timing, I thought. Very pleased

Ordered one of these which arrived broken and smashed inside. Amazon replaced so happy days. Second one arrived and my boys loved it. All was working well. They used it for brushing their teeth and making sure they did a good job. As they are 3 and 5 it inevitably got dropped. It completely smashed inside rendering it useless. Therefore don't buy this if it is for children to use. Only saving grace is that only the inside smashed so the glass was contained. Absolutely useless product not fit for purpose.

This has been brilliant for helping with tooth brushing, only downside is that sometimes the sand get stuck so I have to bang it to get it moving. It's very cheap though so am not too bothered and it still works!

These are for children so they will be dropped at some point and on the first occasion, it's broke. I'm really disappointed that this isn't more robust. The outer part appears to be robust plastic but I believe the sand timer to be glass as it's just shattered. Anything made for children needs to be robust
