Smudge proof
I was looking for a non-smudge eyeliner in a softer colour so chose brown. I have blond hair. I find a lot of eyeliner these days leave me looking a bit panda eyed. So, after having read somewhere that waterproof helps I thought I'd try it. I am mature (over 50). The pencil itself is a little 'hard'. So all I do is draw the line (under my eye) a few times softly. This seems to warm it up and it starts to go a bit softer. I don't have any smudges and it lasts all day. So, for me, it does the job.

Simply The Best Waterproof Eyeliner You Can Buy!!
This simply is the "BEST" Eyeliner I've ever used,& I've ussd/tried out SOoooooooo many!! This really does'nt budge or smudge when you apply it,& is perfect to use in your waterline without causing any dark eye colour run!! & yet it comes of really easy with make-up remover!! A little tip for everyone: NEVER uss anyother colour only Brown/Black on or around your eye area,as black can really look all wrong & to server on or around your eye's making them look way to small!! Grey is also another really eyeliner colour to use around the eye ares!! Yet again you honestly csn't go wrong with revlon cosmetics!! Deffo a well deserved win 10/10!! Xx

Found it a little drying & reddish brown on my brown asian skin
I must admit I am not impressed with the quality. It did smudge . I much much prefer the similar version of Rimmel eyeline In brown,creamier and longer lasting. Did not notice whether it was waterproof. The revlon one did irritate my eyes a little. For me it did not function as it should and therefore a waste of money for me

昔から使っていて、描きやすいのに落ちにくい、パンダ目にならないのに、クレンジングでスルンと落ちる。とても使いやすいアイライナーペンシルです。 しかしもう日本ではどこにも売っていなくて、手に入らず困っていました。 値段が以前の3倍以上に上がってはいましたが、使い心地の良さには勝てず購入。 ちゃんと正規品が届きました。 高級ブランドのアイライナーに比べても引けをとらないくらいの、代物だと思います。 また日本で販売してほしい。

My go-to eyeliner. Stays put for hours. No touch ups or meltdowns in humid weather. The brown colour is perfect to give your face a softer look for everyday, non-dramatic purposes. I wear the black when I want to dazzle. I remove it with eye makeup remover or a face wipe prior to washing with my cream cleanser. A classic in my makeup kit. Stay beautiful!
