Each of these has a little Japanese "kawaii" style face on it.Each of the little capsules is easily pulled apart & within is a rolled up strip of multicoloured paper [Think colourful fortune cookie message]. Each strip of paper has a unique little love note printed in a clear font. Some are cringingly saccharine, but overall their sentiments are good & will make a loved one smile when they read it; hopefully giving them a little boost for the day.I suppose for extra "brownie points" you could replace them all with hand written notes!? But even the prewritten ones the point that you love them & miss then is nicely put across. This will be going in a Christmas stocking as part of my partner's Christmas, but she won't be allowed to open the little love-pills until she's back abroad & feeling the need for a pick-me-up.At £9.99 it's an inexpensive way to show someone that you think of them whilst apart. I bought these for our anniversary.A very unique gift idea.The capsules can actually be reused if you wish to write your own messages in them.The box was little flimsy and the lid came off within the box and few capsules had fallen out. This wasn't a problem though as they easily are put back again.Overall its a lovely gift idea.
