Q: Will this help to prevent spots on the back of head

It could. Spots there are generally caused by pustular seborrheic dermatitis, not acne, and that's a type of eczema. Hair products like shampoo can actually be the cause. This certainly helped mine to clear up.

Q: Do you need to use a conditioner with this shampoo ?

I don't personally use a conditioner after using this shampoo as I find it leaves my hair soft, shiny and tangle free, whereas before I had to use tons of conditioner to get rid of the tangles.

Q: Does this shampoo contain any harsh alcohol

Not that I can see on the label it’s very gentle as other shampoos iratate my scalp

Q: Does it make your hair greasy?

Not sure. This shampoo did not work for my daughter. She said it was fine for 3/4 washes and then it did not work. Later we found out that she has problem all because she wa using dry shampoo which caused head irritation for so Kanu years ! E45 is a good make though
