I have read the other reviews and about some of the 'side-effects' of this product, but I have to say that my dog has experienced absolutely none of these. What I have experienced is a noticeable improvement in his breath! ----- When added to a bowl of water, it does slightly foam a little, but this soon settles, and my dog is very happy to drink the water. ----- To me, there is no discernible smell, before or after the product is added to the water. ----- My dog is well over 16 years old now, and despite my taking care of his teeth as best as possible, his breath could be 'pungent' (and that's being kind! Melt the skin off your face is nearer the mark!). ----- After a few days, I noticed the pungency reducing, and about a week later it had totally gone. ----- My dog seemed happier too. More playful. A coincidence? Perhaps, but I know when my mouth feels bad, I don't feel so good either. ----- Something else I have noticed, is that my dog smells better from 'both' ends since I have been using this product! He has 'home-cooked' rice and chicken for his food, but was still producing gas that could kill a horse at 200 paces! I don't know if as well as freshening breath, this product balances the bacteria in a dog's stomach, but my dog's breath and other end are now as sweet as his temperament! And he is happier too. ----- I know some people may flinch at the price, as it is a small bottle, but it lasts well, and for me and my dog, the benefits of using it are well worth it, especially my dog's happiness. ----- I will continue to give this to my little pal every single day.

My dog never has bad breathe since using this stuff so I can certainly vouch for its breath freshening properties, I also lasts a long time too. Whether it’s effective as reducing tartar I don’t know, as my dog had to have teeth out due to tartar build up, but that was already an issue when I got him to be fair, so this may have simply stopped it from getting worse. For fresh breathe though this is a winner - the only improvement would be if they could make the bottle top somehow measure out the correct amount automatically, you have to use a spoon to get the daily dose right which is a minor irritant, but I guess nothings perfect.

I have a 5yr old Jack Russell cross Chihuahua who has never let us anywhere near his teeth. I've been using a similar product on his food for yrs & his teeth still got in a really bad state. He had such bad breath you could smell it on your skin after he kissed you. His canine teeth were suffering the most, they were covered in thick black plaque. We have used this for 1 months now & most of that has come off! They are now just a bit yellow & I am confident this will clear up with continuous use. His front teeth are perfect & shiny white. Milo now sits next to me panting away & I cannot smell anything. I'm honestly so happy! Jack Russells are prone to bad teeth & this can be fatal to them. I will never stop using this now. I used half the recommended amount for a week first so Milo could get used to the taste because he was licking his lips alot after trying with 5ml first, now he doesn't even notice it & is actually drinking MORE water. I will be recommending this to everyone.

Nothing wrong with the product but getting the dog to drink it was a little more difficult, so with him not drinking as freely as he would without it being within his water, it never really achieved anything for us but that is more down to not being able to get the dog to use it as it should.

My dog loves it and it really helps with the breath!

I've not had this long but use it on my two labradors in all their drinking water. I can certainly vouch that straight away there is a big improvement in my older dogs breath. The younger dog didn't have a breath problem but he happily drinks the water with it in so won't do him any harm. I assume as the breath has improved so quickly it is working on the plaque but would think this takes longer to take effect.

My dogs teeth change after just one month. The teeth are clean and especially the the breath smell totally gone. HIghly recomemnd it. Furthermore my dog has an sensitive stomache and with that procut were no side effects.

Mon chien ! Est âgé 12 ans brossage de dents mais son haleine était épouvantable ! Du vrai poisson. Et celas me coûtait une fortune en greenies en 72 j’ai déjà remarqué une amélioration! Et il boit son eau comme si il n’y as rien! Sur que je recommande! Fini le brossage et le saignement des gencives!
