It really works!!!
After suffering from chronic constipation for years, I finally sought a more permanent and easy-to-take solution than the occasional fibre drinks I was using. I chose this brand of supplements because it contained 2 different kinds of soluble fibre, along with probiotics-- so I figured /something/ in it would be effective. Lo and behold, it was!! I noticed a genuine difference after 3 days, and since then I have been almost completely regular, so long as I remember to take them. No side effects, bloating, or discomfort, just smooth sailing. I've even noticed a marked improvement in my acid reflux, which I take prescription medication for. I don't want to say it's a miracle worker, but it's been a godsend for me! Unlike some other reviewers, I had no problems with the packaging or any broken capsules. The pills are definitely the largest of any I have taken by a small margin, but they were easy to get used to. All in all if you suffer from any digestive problem, I would highly recommend giving these a go! They're cheap and packed with natural, good supplements to help keep things moving normally.

Good best before date
'Pro Bio Live Plus, Digestive Health', friendly bacteria and dietary fibre from Lindens. As I'm not part of a medical trial, cannot know much about the efficacy of the supplement. I like that it has fibre; it is negligible towards the 30mg daily suggested amount, but because it is in the one capsule, it might help the wee bacteria get going(??). Cost was lower than some brands, but it contains fewer 'CFU' viable bacteria. Arrived ok, with good best before date.
