Silverline Ferrite Magnet 4pk 7.2 kg Capacity (106307)

I bought them to screw to the ceiling of my camper, so that I could put up extra lighting where needed. They work very well. All of my extra lights are battery powered, and come with a magnetic disc on the back. I can attach them to these magnets and drive around for a week without dislodging them. Brilliant, and so very handy. I can screw them to the walls or ceiling, through the hole in the middle. Then move the lights around to suit what I'm doing. Recommended, as is the seller, silverline, for their speedy delivery.

Not as strong as earth magnets, but did the job. Used them to hold up a large wooden panel as a screen on my oil tank. Saves undoing screws to let the oil man in to fill up.

Used to hold back some gates in my garden. Initially very pleased with the product.

Magnet strength is very strong, I'm using them to activate a reed switch that tells our train signal to go to redlight. The magnet is stuck to our 5inch drive truck and the reed switch is attached to between two sleepers. As the train train goes over, the magnet activates the reed switch. A good inch gap between magnet and reed. Triggers everytime so we are very happy with how strong they are.

I bought these magnets to screw to the top of my wheelie bins so I could get the lids to lift when the bin shed roof was lifted. I tried a magnet screwed to lid with steel chain dangling from roof. Didn’t work. Magnet would not hold the chain while the lid was lifted. I tried a magnet on the bin lid and magnet dangling from chain. Didn’t work because it’s difficult to get the magnets to align with a screw holding the magnet down. If you want to stack the magnets together they’re great. Probably good as fridge magnets or similar applications too. Worth noting is that it’s nigh on impossible to get the ferrite magnets out of the aluminium surround as they are very soft, almost like a compressed powder and turn to dust when pressure is applied to them

They went rusty

I lost my Wolf saw when it fell in lake. Bought these magnets & tied wire to one magnet,lowered magnet into lake & to my delight it found the saw & locked tightly onto it,I pulled it up & out & this saved me £25 to buy a new saw!-very pleased,-very strong magnets! Few years later, I found these magnets are weak & just about pick up a few panel pins. So I had to buy some new ones!

It's not quite strong enough for my intended use, but that's no fault of the product. It looks robust, and has since come in very useful when combined with the FAVOLCANO Bluetooth Media Button Series Access to Smartphone for Iphone 5/5S/5S/6/6S Plus IPad Air Mini 1/2/3 Samsung Galaxy Edge S4/S5/S6 Google Nexus Black which is almost the exact same size, and means I can now mount the BT controller on my motorcycle tank. I'm sure other uses will surface for the remaining units.

Jolie finition, puissant au point qu'il est impossible de les décoller du frigo sans faire levier en utilisant l'évidement central, impossible de glisser un ongle dessous ! ;-) Contrairement à ce que montre l'image, le modèle reçu, livré par Amazon, comporte un petit trou dans le métal argenté, et un large dans l'aimant, ce qui permet de placer tête de vis ou écrou sans former de relief à la surface de l'aimant. Bel achat, plein d'usages : crochet costaud sur frigo, déco avec piéces lourdes boulonnées ou collées, au bout d'une tige filetée pour récupérer des objets métalliques tombés dans des endroits exigus, fixé au mur pour y coller couteaux, outils, cacher des clés sous... je ne vais pas le révéler ! ;-)

Ich habe mir diese Magnete bestellt, weil sie ein Loch haben. Somit kann ich eine Schnur durchziehen und alles damit befestigen. Der Waschmaschinenschlauch sitzt jetzt bombenfest an der Badewannenwand und das Wasser kann problemlos ablaufen. So sieht es ordentlicher aus und man kann die Badewanne nach der Wäsche einfach abwischen.

Tiene un buena fuerza para fijar cosas de tamaño medio, yo los utilizo para fijar en vertical los mandos a distancia tanto de la TV, videos como de somieres y sofás articulados eléctricos, naturalmente después de haberles pegado a todos ellos una lamina de hojalata o de hierro. Hay que tener en cuenta que con cada referencia vienen cuatro y no uno, aunque no lo diga en el anuncio en ningún lado, de forma que si necesitamos tres con una sola referencia tenemos bastante.
