If you enjoy a decent cup of tea you can do not better than buy VADHAM tea. We bought Breakfast Tea and Organic Darjeeling. Both were only picked a couple of months ago so are nice and fresh and have not lost any of their taste and are shredded tea leaves rather than the usual finely chopped sort. Wonderful taste and we only use a heaped teaspoon of tea per person per pot and get a very nice cup of tea so very economical. The owner sends you an email with a background to the business and offers a full refund if you are not satisfied (but we cannot think that anyone would not be very satisfied with this lovely tea). Will definitely keep reordering as needed.

For many years I have drunk only Darjeeling Tea and when the current global difficulties in production caused my local supply to fail I turned to the Internet. There I discovered the Vahdam advertisement and decided to try them. The service was excellent, prompt delivery and perfect packaging. On drinking the tea I was delighted to find the brew clear and pale yet with a superb and delicate flavour. I am thrilled with this product and shall certainly continue to purchase Vahdam Darjeeling Tea. Thank You.

This is a good tea, fragrant and delicate and very clearly Darjeeling. I'm less sure whether it is quite as good as the importer suggests. In a couple of e-mails since purchase, the company have emphasised the freshness of this tea by comparison with others on the market, but I'm not sure we feel it is very much more fresh than other good Darjeeling teas that are available at a better price. Is this because this is the 2017 harvest? If so, then this seems to be a tea you need to buy in particular windows. It would be interesting to compare it with the 2018, when released, to see if the claims about freshness are true. In January 2019, having now tried a number of Vaddam teas, I'm happy to record that their various Darjeelings are excellent buys. There is genuine taste and flavour and whilst you do pay for the experience, it's an experience worth having.

This was the second pack of Darjeeling 'Summer Black Tea' I ordered from Vahdam. It is excellent tea. I was also pleased to find that they have now realized their promise to specify not only the date of packing but the date of picking. Only the former was stated on the pack I ordered previously; now you find both. I ordered this most recent pack in late November 2019 and the date of picking is given as July 2019, so the tea is fresh. One minor complaint is that the name given to the tea on the base of the pack ('Daily Darjeeling SF Black Tea') doesn't precisely correspond with the name given on the front (Darjeeling 'Summer Black Tea'), which is somewhat confusing. Highly recommended otherwise.

I have this tea delivered regularly, it is full of flavour and can be as strong or weak as you choose. The quality of the tea can be seen when made as the dried tea unfurls into recognisable leaf cuttings, as opposed to bits of twig in inferior brands. I have tried many other teas but this is the one for me. If you are looking for a tea which is good value and makes a great cup of tea I would recommend this one.

It is difficult to buy loose tea in a shop, especially Darjeeling so I was delighted to find this tea online and at a very reasonable price. The first brew lived up to expectations - light, refreshing with a subtle taste - making for the perfect afternoon tea.

This is a good Darjeeling. Some I find too perfumed, more like an Early Grey. This has a delicate taste without being perfumed. Nice!

Arrived very quickly, as expected, on prime. I thought it was quite expensive but all of the loose tea on Amazon was a similar price so I guess it’s the going rate. Easy to open and use and the pack reseals. I followed the instructions with regard to brew time and found the tea nice but a little weak for my taste. I preferred the second cup after it had brewed longer but as a northern lass I prefer stronger tea so all down to personal preference. The tea tasted lighter, not as harsh as black tea can sometimes be. A mild flavour that I did enjoy. Not going to lie it’s a bit of a clart on vs using a tea bag but nice to use if entertaining or want to feel a bit fancy instead of just dunking your Yorkshire tea bag.

acquisto il tè Vadham da alcuni anni e sono sempre soddisfatta della qualità del prodotto. Non avevo ancora provato questa qualità di tè Darjeeling e devo dire che il sapore è leggermente diverso da come me lo aspettavo ma è comunque ottimo. Trovo che sia un po' leggero come tè me lo aspettavo più robusto ma ho fatto solo alcune tazze e forse devo ancora trovare la quantità giusta di foglie e di tempi di infusione, ogni tè ha i suoi tempi! Nel complesso il sapore è molto gradevole, lascia un retrogusto fresco non amaro, di certo non ha nulla a che vedere con i tè in bustina che si comprano normalmente nei supermercati! Inoltre mi piace molto la politica dell'azienda impegnata, oltre che a dare a noi consumatori un prodotto fresco, anche ad aiutare i produttori con un compenso equo e con iniziative sociali come la scolarizzazione.

Die Verpackung ist noch das Ungewohnteste. Aber die Tees von Vahdam sind jedesmal von gleichbleibender sehr hoher Qualität mit intensiver Frische. Andere Premiumtees leisten weniger, kosten jedoch gleich viel. Wenn die Philosophie wirklich gelebt wird ist die Unterstützung ein weiterer Anreiz.

I first bought thus Darjeeling tea roughly 5 years ago for brewing Kombucha. The taste and brewing with this tea was definitely great, but at the time I bought it, I wasn't as into tea in general or as knowledgeable about different brands. Years later and many tea brands later, I have come back to this brand, as it was definitely far superior! Knowing what I do now, this is a definitely the tea to go for. They vacuum seal it and leave you a bag to put it into afterwards as well, really does add to the value. We also use it for Tea eggs and it really does add another layer of flavor that other tea just simply doesn't! I don't use any other brand now for my Kombucha!
