Will these pods work on Nespresso club pod machine?

Well they work on my Nespresso Pod Machine and it does say they are compatible.

Can anyone clarify the last part of the instructions "empty capsule container and rinse" - am I rinsing the capsule chamber?

I think it means a plastic container of the Nesoresso machine which used capsules drop in. As chemical may leak out of a cleaning capsule in the plastic container of the Nesoresso machine when the cleaning capsule drops in after cleaning, it suggests to "empty capsule container and rinse". Hope it helps. "
