We can confirm this issue has been rectified and any orders placed going forward you will receive the genuine product. I am sorry to any customers who received the counterfeit item.

**Q: will these liners fit over an adult bed pan? the bed pan liners are twice the cost and for less quantity..**
A: I don't know how big the bed pan is but the potette is not very wide so I would doubt they would be big enough or absorbent enough for an adult.
